Hi lovelies! I have mentioned previously I made the change to go organic/vegan/cruelty free right before I became pregnant. I made a start by switching the products I used on a daily basis such as toothpaste, deodorant, body lotion etc. I was not previously aware of the harmful toxins in A LOT of products you find on the shelves in supermarkets and I am actually unsure how these companies are even allowed to use things that cause cancer and other health issues.
Since Romeo was in my womb, his health and wellbeing have been my priority. I always try natural remedies first and after trial and error on many products I have compiled a list of everyday items I use on him and love. If you're anything like me I buy nearly everything online so I have provided a link to all the products listed below and you too can enjoy some retail therapy in your pj's :)

First off is this little beauty of a product I was introduced too by my sister who is a (super) mum of 4 gorgeous girls. It is an all natural teething powder and Romeo has had this since he started teething (around 3.5 months I think). Initially I diluted the powder in warm water and applied it to his gums with my finger but as he got older I just used it straight. Simply wash your hands, dip it into the jar and rub onto your bubs gums at the early signs of teething so when they start drooling and chewing on everything. It can be used multiple times a day. Due to Romeo having this since birth, he now points to it when he's in pain for me to apply it and even tries to stick his finger in it to apply it himself. So cute! Next is this divine Vanessa Megan bubba suds baby soap. It is a liquid soap with the ingredients being 100% natural and 79% Organic. The company is Australian owned (I modelled for them and the owner is so lovely), it smells delicious with a light fragrance of lavender, mandarin and olive and it is not drying on Romeo's skin. The product is natural so don't expect it to foam up as much as unnatural products which add artificial chemicals or detergents in them to create the lather. It's only a small bottle and a I know there are cheaper Organic products but I love beauty and skincare so I can see the value. Click here to purchase the bubba suds. With Summer approaching, an organic sunscreen is a must have. Recently some big brands were exposed for adding ingredients into sunscreens which actually increase your risk of cancer. SO crazy huh! I bought this Little Urchins sun screen lately and I am loving the product. I chose it because I wanted a high SPF rating and this one is 30+.
It is also water resistant (3 hours-I would apply it every hour and half or so though). The packaging and branding are cute (yep I am a sucker for nice branding) and the consistency is not oily or thick. The sunscreen absorbs well into the skin (you don't need to apply much) and does not have the usual sun-screen smell. It is also Australian owned yay. Click here to buy this sunscreen.
