Gymspo : Beth Clare Fitness

hello lovelies ! So many of you ask me where I get my motivation for the gym especially juggling motherhood, working etc. Although my Instagram feed is full of fitness girls I also get my real life motivation usually while I am training so I thought it would be great to interview that person. You may have seen me tag Beth on my stories especially cause she has such a great peach and I am all about training legs and glutes!
Beth trains at my current gym and one day I just went up to her and told her how amazing her body was and then bam we became friends! Beth is a personal trainer so has given me a fabulous workout plan. I think she is so great at what she does because she is passionate and also goes into detail about why we are performing each exercise, the benefits and what muscle it is targeting etc. 
Beth recently competed and came top 10 in Australia ! WOW what an amazing achievement. She is so motivating, hard working and she loves eating as much as I do.
Fitness is great on so many levels, not just to get the body you want. I will do a seperate post on this but for now I hope you enjoy my interview with this stunner. G: How long have you been into fitness for and how did it all start ? 

I started training in the gym when I was 17 years old, always had been athletic and played many sports before hand.I wanted to challenge my fitness goals, and get strong. I have been a personal trainer for 5 years now.

G: Where do you get your motivation from and what advice do you give to others who need the motivation to go to the gym ?
To me training is my passion, I love it, and since having a more enjoyable less restrictive approach I don't find it a chore to do.
My motivation comes from wanting to be the best I can be. I would suggest  to others to find what works for them, as with fitness, there is not one size fits all, find out what you enjoy doing, what your comfortable doing, and set short term goals to work towards.

G: What are your 3 favourite  exercises  for building the best booty in our gym ?
Glute bridges are my number one favourite, squats and deadlifts. 

G: Tell me your top 3 favourite things to eat ?
Protein pancakes, chocolate, ricotta cheese lol 

G: What is a positive motto you live your life by?
Believe in yourself, work hard on the best version of you, and find good in everything.
